Will I have to give up my spreadsheets?

No. Many of our builders still keep a spreadsheet as a sanity-check view. TerraLine becomes the source of truth for lender draws, vendor history, and 1099s — and you can always export back to CSV.

What if my sheet is non-standard?

The AI Importer is built for exactly this. It reads however your sheet is structured and maps each row to LAND / SOFT / HARD / CONTINGENCY / FINANCING with a confidence score. You can correct anything before saving.
