What happened to the Founding Member tier?

Our first 50 early supporters locked in $19/mo for life. That offer is now closed — they keep that price as long as they stay subscribed. The new entry tier for paying customers is Solo at $39/mo.

What if I'm already a Founding Member?

Nothing changes. You keep your $19/mo rate locked in for as long as you stay subscribed, with the full feature set you signed up for. If you ever upgrade to a higher tier, you only pay the delta.

What counts as an 'active project'?

Any project with at least one budget line item or cost event recorded in the last 90 days. Closed projects don't count against your limit.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

On the Free plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt when you've used 80% of your cost events, AI imports, or AI copilot runs. Paid plans have generous (mostly unlimited) limits.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes — pay yearly and get 2 months free (billed as 10× monthly). Annual switching is one-click in your billing portal.

Why is the Free lender draw PDF watermarked?

Free is meant for trying the product end-to-end. The PDF you generate is fully functional and submittable to your lender — it just has a small TerraLine watermark. Upgrading to any paid plan removes it.

Does TerraLine connect to QuickBooks or Plaid?

Yes, on Operator, Scale, and Founding plans. CSV export is available on all plans as a workaround.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 project, full budget tracking, 25 cost events per month, and 1 AI import — no credit card required.
