When will paid plans launch?
We're iterating with beta customers first. Paid plans will launch once the product is stable and we've nailed the core workflows. Beta users will get 30+ days notice before any billing starts.
How do I lock in founding-member pricing?
Sign up during the beta and you're in. Anyone who joins before paid plans launch gets 50% off their chosen plan, for as long as they stay subscribed.
What counts as an 'active project'?
Any project with at least one budget line item or cost event. During the beta there's no limit, so it doesn't matter — but the distinction will apply once paid tiers launch.
What file formats do the exports support?
Lender draw reports export as formatted PDFs ready to submit to your lender or title company. Tax export packages include a CSV line-item breakdown structured for Schedule E / cost-basis reporting.
Does TerraLine connect to QuickBooks or Yardi?
Direct integrations are on the roadmap. CSV export is available today as a workaround.
